We are putting together our club re-opening procedures for facility, employees and players. General guidelines follow, which will become more detailed as we approach re-opening, currently targeted at July 1, 2020.
When the club re-opens, we can expect many changes initially.
Staff:The club employees will have health and sanitation standards that include rules for coming to work, masks, gloves, shields, and frequent sanitizing of surfaces.
Members: The club will initially be open to members only. Members are expected to have a credit card on file to eliminatemoney and card handling on site. Members are encouraged to use the online software for making reservations and can charge activities and pro shop items to their account.
Clubhouse: Masks may be required in the clubhouse. Restrooms will be open but showers closed. Members will need to bring their own water bottle, no water fountains. Traffic flow may be directed and chairs limited and spaced.
Courts: Touch surfaces will be limited. All garbage and recycling must be packed in and out by players to minimize handling. Players will need to bring or buy their own balls. Court times may beadjusted to allow players to leave before others come on.
Lessons: Initially, private lessons may be limited to 4 players. As guidelines allow, group lessons will be added with potential limits.
Programs:Many programs may be initially adjusted to minimize player interaction so that player numbers remain at 4 per court maximum. Some mixers may be temporarily modified or removed. Summer Leagues and ladders will be offered as the primary club offerings for adult competitive play.
Camps:Junior Summer camps are slated to begin July 6th and run for 8 weeks through August 29th. Camp details are online but registration is not open until we know they will be allowed.
Club: Operating hours may be adjusted. Memberships continue to be on hold while the club is closed and dues will not be charged until the club resumes operations.
