-Reserve courts online whenever possible. Singles and Doubles reservations allowed. Please bring or buy your own balls.As always, our helpful staff will be available to help in person or by phone, but new guidelines will impose several new requirements on all of our staff and as a result they will have a lot of additional duties. Please help us serve you better by using the online tools as much as possible.
-Use of the clubhouse will be restricted to member service and restrooms, no showers. Masks are required in the clubhouse, not on courts, andcongregating is not permitted yet. Please help us make space available for players coming and going or needing assistance at the front desk. We can only assist one person at a time at the front desk. Players may need to wait outside until start times.
-Court Sheet assignments are posted on a monitorby the front door and just inside the facility. Check-in at the clubhouse is not required when all players are listed on the court reservation. If you need to make a change to a reservation please call the front desk when possible.
-Members only. Regular Member or Advantage Member accounts required with a credit or debit card on file to minimize any payment handling at the front desk. The club still allows a"First time free" for court time, with phone and email contactsrequired in advance.
-Lessons up to 6players per court.With instructors, 6 players per court maximum.
-Register online in advance for Adult Activities and Junior Lessons whenever possible. Registering online is always the best way to ensure you will get the programs you want on the days you want them. Now it is even more important to take advantage of online registrations. -Adult Mixersare limited. Register in advance as Adult activities are limited to 6 per court. In-House Leagues are a great way to get matches lined up.
-Air exchange.Cargo doors are open whenever weather permits. Facility air exchanges completely every hour with doors closed, bringing in 8000 cubic feet of fresh air every minute. Heater air handlers are equipped with MERV-13 filtration.
-Player health etiquette requires everyone to maintain physical distancing of 6 feet or more. Wash hands or use hand sanitizer found on each net post. Bring or buy your own balls. Bring your own mask to go into clubhouse. Players who are immuno-compromised are not allowed per mandate. Players who are sick, have fever/cough, or have been in recent close contact with anyone who has COVID-19 symptoms are not allowed.
